Shipping Policy

At Mannino Design, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered safely and securely.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.

Custom Orders – Production Time
Custom-designed pieces require an estimated production time of up to 4 weeks before shipping. By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this production timeframe.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, depending on availability and destination.

Signature & Insurance Requirement
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safety and proper receipt of your package.

Customer Responsibility – Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Mannino Design is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier and signed for, Mannino Design considers the order fulfilled.

Claims for Non-Receipt
If a customer claims that a delivered package was not received, an Affidavit of Non-Receipt will be required. This document must be completed, signed, and returned for the claim to be reviewed.

All such claims are subject to verification and investigation. Mannino Design reserves the right to deny any claim that cannot be validated.

Liability Disclaimer
Mannino Design is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
