At Mannino Design, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our fine jewelry and custom-made pieces, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Order Review & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, specifications, and descriptions prior to placing an order. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

Defective or Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

If a claim is approved, Mannino Design reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes that contradict this policy. Any unauthorized chargeback will be considered a violation of this agreement.

Mannino Design reserves the right to present this policy, along with proof of delivery, order confirmation, and customer communication, to dispute and challenge any chargeback claims. We also reserve the right to take further action if necessary.
